Folks need to be encouraged to get out of CT rabbit holes and into the real world.
If not, Dueterte-style reality will be here soon enough.
As Ressa said, in order to fight authoritarians, we dont even have to agree on ideology, as long as we can agree on a shared reality based on facts.
