but they left out the price of the rent. If it's cheap enough it could be good for Seniors.

This would be a good idea if the rents were affordable. However I can't see how they could be affordable (i.e. equivalent to owing a home) when so much needs to be done to the former stores to make them comfortable, livable spaces.

Have already built 'anchor' apartments where the old Sears buildings were. The units were rented before completion. Very popular.
