Zelenskyy on the Impact of Iran War on Ukraine and Stalled Talks with Russia - Amanpour and Company PBS
Four years of virtual stalemate in Ukraine. Now both Kyiv and the Kremlin are trying to turn the war in Iran to their own advantage. President Zelenskyy visited the Middle East, offering battle-tested expertise on fending off Iran's drone attacks.
Meanwhile, Russia is reportedly backing Iran with critical intelligence and weapons support and, for now, gains from soaring global oil prices. President Zelenskyy says every dollar Putin collects is more fuel for his war. Indeed, Russia is daily launching a new barrage of ballistic missiles and drones as civilian deaths surge in Ukraine. And despite Trump's promise of a quick peace deal, his personal negotiators are currently tied up with stop-and-start negotiations in Iran.
