petitioners should ask the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals to stay her ruling and take jurisdiction since there is no justifiable basis to give never ending chances to a party to continue to hold secret this report into infinity. I believe they could remove the case from her and assign it to another judge at the very least and I think they could also possibly order release of the report. Either way they should step in because this is now way anybody being able to say she isn't horribly compromised and biased. There simply is no legals basis for entertaining another long drawn out "decision" from "I Lean" Cannon.
