⚡️Zelenskyy Addressed Ukrainians AFTER Talks with Witkoff! Here's What He Said - War & Politics 24
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said on Thursday that the coming weeks "may also be intensive" as the peace plan with Russia is being negotiated with the United States. "Of course, there is still work to be done on sensitive issues," said Zelenskyy in his nightly video address. "But together with the American team, we understand how to put all of this in place," he added.
It comes after the Ukrainian leader said he would be willing to withdraw troops from the country’s eastern industrial heartland as part of a plan to end Russia’s war, if Moscow also pulls back and the area becomes a demilitarized zone monitored by international forces. The proposal offered another potential compromise on control of the Donbas region, which has been a major sticking point in peace negotiations. - 12/26/2025.
