I really did. I can't even laugh at this shit anymore. The fucking moron has been killing me for 10 years. I can't take it. Laughter is not the best medicine (for me anyway). I am dropping tons of weight again and I look and feel like total shit! I gained 3 pounds back and lost is in 3 weeks (down to 81 pounds again). Even if he were to drop dead tomorrow my inner soul knows what he has done and how the USA will be in decline for the next 40 years at least. I even stopped watching and reading the news for 6 months, hoping my health would improve. It didn't do any good at all.

I don't know how we will ever begin to recover from the most negative political crisis our country has experienced since its founding. I'm surprised more citizens aren't puking every fucking day.

The only positive thing I feel is that I chose never to have children. Thank Dog my instincts are 99% correct when I actually listen to them. This was my smartest choice in my life.

And I admit that I get panicky when I watch the news, so I cut myself off at a certain hour when I want to sleep. Think I mentioned it before, change the TV channel to something like Dick Van Dyke or Mary Tyler Moore to finally relax my mind so I can sleep. But I sure know what you mean, I do tend to panic when I watch the news, but it helps to know that I'm far from alone - I mean how many millions turned out for the No Kings protests? I firmly believe that we're in the overwhelming majority.

Mary Tyler Moore reruns tonight...I love her dinner party shows. I wish I were not as sensitive and emotional but that's just how I am, always have been and at 63 years old I presume I always will be. I guess we all try to cope the best we can. I've got over 35 protests under my belt (since 2016) and I call politicians all the time. It's so frustrating and I feel like I have no control over so much. I am both very angry and very sad. Misery loves company but there is too much misery to go around.

wondering if a doc could help (maybe there is some kind of "fuck it all" pill that would lessen the strain/anxiety/weight of the world) or a trip to the local weed store for some of their new fangled mixtures you don't even have to smoke.

my go-to escape is the big bang theory -- it's a familiar comfort that i watch/listen to/escape with every night.

My Prim Care doctor (he also a Dem who hates tRump) was forewarned by me over 1 year ago that the "stress from tRump" was killing me and I'd predicted I would drop even more weight...and I did. I know myself pretty well by now (63 years old). I have had what he described as "industrial strength insomnia" since 2016, when he became my Prim Care doctor. He is pissed off that I'm dropping weight but I told him I was not kidding over a year ago. He told me to do what most people do to relax and sleep..."drink alcohol". I thought he was kidding but he wasn't.

I've smoked weed before going to bed for decades so that is not a cure but it does help me sleep a tiny bit better.

I am very sensitive and my mind and body are not happy with this ongoing BS for 10 years.

I'm surprised more people aren't experiencing what I am going through to tell you the truth.

he's pissed about you losing weight so maybe he could run some tests to try and find out if there is a physical component to what is happening. or refer you to a specialist who could check into it more than he can.

i don't know.

blood sugar, etc. It's just me and my extremely sensitive disposition. It's been a life long curse.
