Wealth tax? They simply move their wealth out of the country. Sending a tax bill to someone who will buy residency in Panama or the Caymen Islands... on assets in Ireland will simply be ignored.
Income tax? They don't pay income tax now... and they won't.
Luxury tax... yeah... for some homes... but they simply use the now foreign assets to buy foreign luxury goods. even if you "tax the living fuck out of it... it won't raise enough money to do the big giant undo.

The very wealthy have enough money to hire the very smartest people to avoid taxes.
