One day, 1,200 former DOJ lawyers sign onto a letter opposing his nomination. Another day, 2,600 attorneys sign another petition. Two days before his confirmation hearings, Todd Blanche faced a blistering, 56-page ruling, nullifying the legal basis for Trump's $1.776 billion slush fund and referring his conduct to the New York State Bar.
