The main activities were riding (the reason I was sent) and swimming (and lots of waterfront activities) - but I couldn't choose so I was a JC in both theater and riflery. Back in the day I was a pretty good shot, was on the team at (girls') camp and the first and only girl on the team at my school.

and archery a bit. No teams for us; guess I was simply available for them, and less expensive than a pro. 'Theater/choraleers' in high school, but not available @ summer camp.

Horseback riding a big deal in the Poconos, but my 'boyfriend' was more keen than I was.
