"Christians, my beautiful christian you won't have to vote after this election" means to any rational person that if Donnie Fatso wins the election, voting will be unnecessary because Donnie will end the need to vote once and for all.

But Donnie Fatso thinks he'll be able to calm the media and the people by saying, if challenged: "Hey, I was just rallying those christians who have been historically reluctant to vote. To get them to exercise their franchise just this once."

And the media will let him get away with it. Seriously, the media will move quickly away from Trump's public assurance -- to his flock -- that he will assume absolute power for life.
