Aug. Legal Recap: From Judge Chutkan Getting Trump's Case Back to Jack Smith Ready to Reveal All - Glenn Kirschner
The month of August started with the Supreme Court returning Donald Trump's federal case to Judge Tanya Chutkan to litigate the issue of which of Trump's crimes and conduct constitute official acts and which do not. And the month of August ended with Jack Smith filing notice with Judge Chutkan that he is ready to reveal ALL of the evidence of Trump's crimes and conduct - both the conduct already disclosed in the indictments AND the "unpled" (thus far unrevealed) evidence. This will be an important revelation for the American people.
