I grew up in Saratoga, near the site of numerous Revolutionary War battles. As kids, my grandmother took us to visit Saratoga Monument which honors the top Revolutionary War generals with statues in windows at the top - but the one that was supposed to contain the statue of General Arnold was and still is left blank.
