Arizonans are having to choose between paying for their electric bills and their groceries. Arizona's Corporation Commission is supposed to keep rates affordable. Instead, its GOP majority lets power companies jack up rates. But three seats are up for election 11/5.

In Connecticut we are paying nearly $0.27/kWh, which is more than double. Fortunately I have rooftop solar which only costs around $0.11/kWh but it’s definitely painful in winter when there aren’t many hours of sunlight.
