Jack Smith Makes EXTRAORDINARY FILING on Trump cases - Legal AF



Special Counsel Jack Smith is taking is sweet time to decide when and how to dismiss the Trump Prosecutions (and what to do with all that pesky evidence and redacted filings against Trump), and Judge Chutkan has given him until December 2 to decide.

If they dismiss this case, all the information given to the grand jury can be revealed to the public.
