Trump co-conspirator Steve Bannon tried desperately to avoid a NY state criminal trial for fraud and money laundering where he faces 5-8 years in a sentence, but a NY judge rejected his attempts to postpone the trial further, setting a hard date of Feb 25th to get the jury trial underway. All of these anti-democratic felons who persist in breaking the laws should have been behind bars years ago - especially TFG! And he was disqualified from running for any public office by Constitutional Amendment 14, Section 3, after attempting to overthrow the U.S. government!

And TFG can't "pardon" him again, since these are not federal charges. He apparently learned nothing from his recent prison sentence.
