We are dealing with Caligula here. But who will remove him? There is no mechanism for this.
The founding fathers imagined an insane president would have a sane cabinet or Congress to address the problem.

I'm finally beginning to understand what the people like Bernie mean, when they say it's up to the people. I didn't see what we could do. Trump won't care about a demonstration--of any size. But this is about showing such overwhelming protest that the police and the military are willing to enforce court orders and not those of Trump. That is what it will come down to.

Against him. He believes he's above the law since he's already gotten away with crimes that would have resulted in a prison sentence for anyone else. What can be done to stop him?? We could stage our own insurrection, but this time he'd sic his own violent criminal insurrectionists on us. I fear he's recruiting his own private army - or getting Hegseth to do it for him.

I put a plate of Oreos on the table and the little fart hurriedly licked each one of them thinking no one else would eat them. I picked one up, looking him square in the eye and ate it. He stood there making gagging noises, in total disbelief that I would eat them. Trust me I was not happy about it but I was making a point. Of course I told him that was rude but sometimes actions speak louder. I never had that problem again. So.. anyway, when T pulls crap like this I feel like he is licking all of the Oreos waiting for someone, anyone to tell him to knock off the bull because everyone is sick and tired of it. Unfortunately no one has ever set him straight! I think that someone comes in the form of world leaders standing up to him. It’s odd that so many in Congress can’t do this. The threat must be very pointed and personal. Calling the Supreme Court….you have created this monster…fix the problem. He has more than stepped over the line.

And he has been convicted of several crimes, but still believes he's above the law. What does it take?? Anyone else who committed the same crimes would have been behind bars long ago! What does it take?? He already made history by being impeached twice, but Republicans in Congress were too afraid of attacks on themselves or their families or of being primaried to find him guilty. World leaders are more courageous than our own Congress - Republicans are afraid of even facing their constituents which is well deserved since they have chosen a schoolyard bully over the constituents they were elected to represent.

Donald Trump doesn’t have the authority to invalidate Joe Biden’s pardons. The Republican is apparently simply asserting the right anyway.

If you're just getting up, shortly after midnight, Trump simply asserted that he has the authority to invalidate some of Biden's pardons – which is every bit as radical and bonkers as it seems. www.msnbc.com/rachel-maddo...

If you're just getting up, shortly after midnight, Trump simply asserted that he has the authority to invalidate some of Biden's pardons – which is every bit as radical and bonkers as it seems

https://www.msnbc.com/rachel-maddow-show/maddowblog/trump-says-s-invalidating-biden-pardons-claiming-power-doesnt-rcna196671

There’s a lot to unpack in this 158-word harangue, and there’s probably no point in highlighting every individual error of fact and judgment. The bottom line, however, is relatively straightforward: Trump claims that Biden didn’t actually sign pardons for members of the bipartisan House Jan. 6 committee, so as far as the Republican is concerned, prosecutors are free to go after them, despite the fact that there’s literally no evidence that they did anything wrong.

The entire pitch is based on the president’s apparent belief that (a) his immediate predecessor used an autopen to sign the pardons; (b) documents signed by autopens don’t count; and (c) Biden suffered from mental deterioration to such a horrific degree that he wasn’t aware of his own policies and preferences.

The first point is dubious, given that there’s no evidence that Biden used the tool to issue the pardons; the second point appears unsupported by law; and the third point is offensive on its face.

But let’s also not lose sight of the forest for the trees: For the first time in American history, a sitting president is asserting the right to invalidate a predecessor’s pardons.

In other words, as the United States deals with a sustained offensive against the rule of law, Trump has made up a new power for himself that does not exist.

To be sure, there’s often a disconnect between what Trump says he’s doing and what he’s actually doing. The Republican has now claimed in writing that he’s voiding some Biden-era pardons, but given recent history, it’s entirely possible that in the coming hours and days, the White House will pretend he never actually published such a message. Perhaps, in other words, this radicalism will soon be forgotten.

But if Trump seriously takes steps to undo Biden's pardons, because he feels like it, the coming fight will be dramatic.

Even though trump's full tweet was in this article, I did not include it in this post. I do my best to NOT post trump's rants directly,
I have seen that trump really wants to go after Liz Cheney and other J6 Committee members. If trump tries to claim that pardons he dislikes are invalid, it will be a fun fight.
