Appeals Court Makes SHOCKING RULING on Trump SCHEME - Legal AF
In a shocking development, the same 3 judge DC appeals panel who Wednesday ruled 2-1 against the Trump Administration to block their kidnapping and deporting people without Due Process and deporting them to El Salvador under the Alien Enemies Act, now ruled that Trump can decapitate the National Labor Relations Board and Merit Service Protection Board meant to protect workers against retaliation and illegal labor practices and shut them down, despite the fact that Congress set them up and funded them.
