But I do have friends who have reached that stage, so I do have some reasonable knowledge that would allow me to make a case that DJT might, in fact, have some form of cancer that would require scheduled infusions that would require, if not demand, that they break away for a few days to deal with the effects of the recent infusion.

Missing or being out of touch with the rest of the world for those days is consistent with observations of my friends having infusion therapy.

Having said that, THEY NEED TO TELL US WHAT HIS MEDICAL CONDITION IS.

Suppose it is not cancer or a mini stroke, as others have speculated. Then they still need to clarify what it is. And especially tell us who is "playing DJT" when he is not capable.

And I'm sure there is a required process when any POTUS is incapacitated to pass the reins of control to someone.

For Stroke:
• IV tPA (alteplase): A clot-busting drug given within 4.5 hours of symptom onset if eligible.
• Mechanical thrombectomy: A minimally invasive catheter procedure in which doctors use a stent retriever to physically remove the clot from a large brain artery (usually within 6–24 hours of onset).

Or Kidney Dialysis.
