Now the Sheriff has to come up with reasoning that will convince a jury, because the next step should be a civil lawsuit.

there are a FEW lawsuits out there that he can file.

First, AGAINST the police department for KNOWING it was bogus and still incarcerating him.
Second, the ORIGINAL INDIVIDUAL WHO REPORTED THE CASE the police department followed through on.
