Judge Richard Leon has ordered that the Trump Administration account for itself and explain by tonight at 5 pm ET, how it can demolish the East Wing and build a 90,000 square foot golden ballroom in its place, without obtaining any public comments, Congressional approval or approval from 4 different boards.
