Can we cut the hyperbole in video titles?

Maybe in the spirit of "The Way Forward" forum (or maybe some sub-spirit of "The DU Way Forward" ) we could allow video thread titles that aren't required to include the all caps hyperbole and disappointing exaggerations. It might just benefit DU as well as the content creators.

I think if a simple shift in the rules around thread titles took place it would be a MASSIVE DEVASTATING BLOW TO REPUBLICANS.

Seriously, is there a copyright rule of some sort that requires this or is it just a DU rule? There are a lot of good videos that I think people just ignore because they never live up to the hype, but the videos might still be good.

Also, a brief summary of what's good about the video, maybe even the point in time where that occurs, might help.

a pitch on some cable TV jewelry sales scam. Those titles are undermining their credibility.

A lot of the videos don't have much more to say than a good post on DU that could be read in 20 seconds, but at least it's some additional effort to reach people. Cut the hyperbole and make it a small positive instead of a negative.
