No one in a fascist country is allowed to make information public without dear leader's permission.

It is good to see professional associations like the AMA trying to pick up the slack in the absence of Federal Agencies like the CDC which has been poleaxed by Trump Musk. It is certainly not a perfect solution by any means, but it helps. Personally, I think Democrat led State Governments should pool the resources of their State Health Departments to take up the absence of the CDC and NIH under Trump Musk. States Rights and State Government may be important ways to Resist in this new era of Trump Musk.
