9. Not staying home -

I've developed personal hygiene habits that have kept me almost entirely flu-free and about 50% cold-free for the past decade. I'm not staying home, but I'm ramping up those precautions (more frequent hand-washing, minimizing hand-shaking (and, if I can't avoid it, washing immediately after), more social distancing)

I'm also nagging my family more - since they both catch more things than I do.
