The boo hooing about shelter in place because my husband and I are introverts who aren’t into socializing. We’re also a one-income family, so going out is not something we do very often. One income also means my husband works while I stay home with only my cat and my own company to amuse me. If it weren’t for my mother and grocery shopping, I could go weeks or months without even talking to someone other than my husband. And I’m fine with that.
I don’t get how people see any of that as depriving them of their liberty. Maybe they don’t get how liberating it is to have so few obligations on one’s time and energy?
