I am not the President be of the United States, and I can't change that fact by refusing to acknowledge it.

After January 20th, Trump will not be President of the United States, and he will not be able to change that fact by refusing to acknowledge it.

Now, if course, I lack the means to stage a coup and install myself as dictator. Trump probably lacks the means, but we must anticipate that he might try it.
