(70,512 posts)...the company value is $150 million with $141 million in revenues. Net income before taxes was around $9 million.
BTW, the estimated debt to equity is 4.8. So, a lot of revenue is consumed by interest payments. Probably $4.5-5 million a year.
They also have 1,500 employees. For a $141,000,000 revenue company. That's $94k per employee in revenues. The company from which I retired had revenue per employee of nearly $1.65 million.
Last point: If that company actually has total compensation cost of 30% of revenues (0.7% above the median for manufacturing sector), that would be $42.3 million for compensation. For 1,500 people! That's $28,200 per person!
Taking an extreme that the compensation is 40% of revenues, it still means the average total compensation is $37,600 per person!
It's a shabby little outfit, the product is junk (high line sheets are 400 count?), and the employees are poorly paid.
He's a charlatan.
