All are innocent until proven guilty, but I will never understand why judges subject society to the possibility of repeat violent offenses.

Happens daily where I live &, guess what! Last I saw, this area has the highest violent crime in the country!

When do non-violent citizens' rights matter?

I am very glad this terrorist will not be out on the streets anytime soon!
