If he'd not backstabbed the Republicans, and then, when the shit hit, turned around and backstabbled the insurrectionists, he could've had a chance.
The reality is that Trump has no future. He's 74, ass deep in debt, on target for half a dozen nonfederal prosecutors, and has burned every bridge to anyone who could help him. His life is gonna be miserable and frustrating from hereon out. It ain't much, but it's the best karma could muster under the circumstances.
Once Melania leaves him, I don't think Hope Hicks will even want him anymore.
