8. I Believe Senate Will Impeach - It's GOP's Last Chance to Rid Themselves of Trump as Candidate

Trump is a danger to the GOP whether or not he is impeached but I think he will be less of a danger if he's barred from ever running for POTUS again in 2024. I suspect some GOP Senators will vote for impeachment and subsequently decide not to run again in 2022 or 2024.
