He has bought real estate, banks, corporations, yachts, jets, luxury goods etc. That's what the Magnitsky Act is all about. Freezing the Russian wealth so that Pootie doesn't get it. In a lot of cases we have to find it first. The oligarchs have gone around buying real estate in New York, London, Switzerland, Monaco, etc. But that's Pootie's money they are using to buy stuff. I think the oligarchs split everything with Pootie 50/50 - or that's the way it's supposed to happen.

When Putin dies it's going to be a major clusterf**k finding where all that stolen money went.
