16. He's not a flight risk

1) He's too cowardly to do without his Secret Service detail. As long as they're around him, they have to coordinate the security of any travel plans he wants to make. If he tries to leave the country, they will know. Worse, they have to get the cooperation of literally dozens of local authorities for backup security. Even if the SS kept his travel plans secret for him, other countries wouldn't, other than maybe Russia. And even they might rat him out, depending on Vlad's mood.

2) His plane doesn't have the range to make it past the British Isles via the Atlantic. Landing there isn't in his favor, because none of them will help him flee justice. They will send him back.

He can only reach Russia from Alaska via the Pacific. From there he can get to Vladivostok and charter a plane that could take him anywhere. However... If the idiot flees to Vladistan, then he's no longer of any use to Putin (or whoever succeeds him). Vlad isn't stupid enough to kill him, but he can and will make TFG's life a misery for "failing" Mother Russia.

3) Ultimately, I believe the moron is too narcissistic to leave. Until the prison bars are in his face, he will sincerely believe that he's so powerful and persuasive that he can beat every charge against him.

That's why I'm betting that he'll stay right here, until the bitter end.
