The person boasting and making unbelievable claims, or the person who believes them without question?

I've seen many claims about Trump's wealth.

Most of it was from vague guesses of real estate values, and ignoring simple considerations like outstanding loans and mortgages.

If I say my house is worth roughly, at a guess, in the current market $4M, are you going to assume I'm rich?
What if I tell you next that I have a $5M mortgage on it?

Will you still think I'm rich?

If you do, I will spin you a tale of my superior fitness, intelligence and education, and write a book or two how to make it big in the real estate business.
Maybe even run for politics.
