The idea that so many can just be considered collateral damage in a war against terrorists is insane. Going after terrorists is more of an intelligence and special ops situation and Israel's Mossad is one of the best intelligence agencies in the world. Total warfare against an entire people is more of a political ploy on Netanyahu's part, it certainly is no solution.
