Ideally, one asked by someone who is seen as impartial.

It's possible that the results would be the same. But there's a reason reputable polls don't begin by saying "The Democratic Party is full of evil baby killers who hate sunshine and happiness. Now, in the upcoming election, which of the following candidates do you prefer ... ?"
