If so, why doesn't he do it?

Is the Biden administration keeping up with things like this? If not, why not? If yes, what are they doing about it?

We Democrats can still overcome this if we GOTV on a massive enough scale, especially in swing states.

Still, I wish our Democratic leadership was more proactive. There's too much at stake for them to continue being like that.

I wish I had the power to get Biden to immediately replace Garland.

The number of challenges made by True the Vote and other similar groups is expected to increase dramatically ahead of the upcoming deadline on August 7 that prohibits states from systematically removing voters within 90 days of a federal election.


Why aren't our voting rights being protected? I wonder if Democratic attorney Marc Elias is fighting this in court?
