It’s a sardonic take on the foibles and follies of working within the framework of a company operating under the aegis of ISO 9001. For one such as myself, having worked under their standards and guidelines almost 30 years now, the satirical work resonated with me. I also read another work from the same author about the aerospace equivalent, AS9002, titled DUMBAS9100C.
