12. He doesn't need an "exit" strategy.

Assuming -- and let's all hope we're right -- he loses. And he fails to overturn the result. His trials move forward. They will take a long time--particularly with appeals. So before he faces any kind of justice it will be quite a while. And I'm sure he is convinced he will prevail in the long run because of the Supreme Court. In the meantime, he's out free except for on those days he has to be in a courtroom. When he's not in a courtroom, he's out holding rallies, soaking in the love of his maniacal fanatics, spewing his lies, playing the victim and, most importantly, scamming them out of money for nonsense merchandise and "legal fund" donations.
