2. I recall reading a book about him in the eighties and hoping some of his business acumen might rub off...

after I finished I realized his whole career and empire was based solely on generational wealth and all the privilege it entails.

I worked in the housing industry at the time...it took me a while to learn that real estate developers live off of other people's money.
