4. I have a medical marijuana card (PA)

for pain and my tremors. Over the past few months, I've had a bunch of surgeries, and I used an opioid only once for pain. The cannabis plus an occasional tylenol took care of things. I don't like to take opioids because they constipate me.

Well, guess what? Taking the increased amount of cannabis is constipating me, too. I use it a couple of times daily, always in the afternoon and evening, and have started eating two prunes with every edible.

But otherwise, MJ has been a godsend, and as I look forward to knee replacement surgery, I expect it to continue to control my pain. I'm going to invest in prunes, though.
