When he does it, he's either in the process of - or just finished - extruding another priceless offering to his fans (sold exclusively at his crap website, S&H extra).

Maybe those who described his accompanying grimace as a "shit-eatin' grin" weren't so far off, after all. It's a shit-delivering grin!
