Itd be nice if a vote from the man who won the Presidency 200 years after the countrys declaration of independence could help extend that democratic experiment to its 250th anniversary.

please cite the relevant GA statute for that. Different states have different rules.

Fortunately, Georgia does not have a statute that rescinds a vote should an absentee voter pass before election day
