... say this, in a rally on CSPAN. It was shocking in how he stressed his point. Also, he comments on "migrant crime" and mentions most victims are women. If most were male, that would be better? I think he's trying to appeal to women. Probably, he meets with a bunch of advisors and pollsters who say, "Try to appeal to women." Like trying to teach your cat how to be more appealing to mice.
