4. Pennsylvania reports party registration for early voting, so these are actual ballots -- see here:

Note that we only know how many ballots have been returned by registered Democrats, Republicans, etc. -- not who they actually voted for, although we can probably make a pretty good educated guess when it comes to the vast majority of them...
