That's in Lititz PA, where it was 83 on Halloween. Which I doubt any of his supporters there had forgotten. Accuweather page with a graph showing how often and by how much their high temps last month exceeded the average. Only 11 days below average, none of those as far below average as the 6 hottest days were above average.
