'Ya know, after the election. Hell, let him produce his own comedy show like the one in MSG and demonstrate once more how racist, misogist, classist, homophobic, transphobic and xenophobic Republicans are. Good fodder for commercials in case of runoff elections.
BTW, what is the penalty (if any) for broadcast networks who violate the fairness rules?

Cable versus Network stations. The FCC only has regulation authority over network stations, not cable.

The equal time rule is a separate rule and was not impacted by the repeal of the Fairness Doctrine.
