I'm a nearly 59 year old male. That broke me down to tears that I'm still shedding as I type this. I want to ask how we have fallen this far, but shame tells me that the women in this world haven't fallen this far, they have risen this far because they have fought and clawed their way UP to this point. Ladies, you have done it without enough support from me and my kind. NO MORE. Take the reins ladies, you've been the glue that makes this world work from the start, now go lead us forward. You have earned your place at the table. You have earned the right to be heard. You have earned the right to lead. We will all benefit from your wisdom.
