The U.S. grain embargo; the Olympic boycott; and, Exeutive Order 51 which authorized the Pershing class missiles with MIRV warheads being placed in Eastern Europe on the Russian border which brought that failed system to its knees. Raygun took the credit for Jimmy's achievements.
