Showing Original Post only (View all)When I voted this morning I was shocked! [View all]
Let me start off by saying where I live at in S.W. Florida is as red as red can get. in 2020 It took hours to get through the line to vote. This morning I think there were two other people voting when I went in to vote. I asked the poll worker who check me in & she said it's been like this all morning.
Now I don't want to try & make any assumptions on what this means, I'm just reporting what I saw & heard.
I will say this, when I was done voting, I left with a smile on my face.

Wouldn't it be great if the enthusiasm at the rallys equals the enthusiasm for turnout.

Enthusiasm is essential in politics. If it's missing among the stalwarts, the rank-and-file turnout will suffer.
