I think his death was faked and he's continuing his child trafficking gig. Perverts and sicko rapists didn't just quit being perverted and sick when Epstein "died." He had a lucrative business and the picture of him on the gurney supposedly dead... he looked asleep, and don't paramedics cover the face? Why take the picture in the first place, let alone distribute it.

That's just my opinion, not worth much.
