He might listen to people, but he's going to be the Decider in Chief. He doesn't care if people get hurt.
And he won't allow people to tell him no this time around. Unless it's someone with more money and he can make a better deal.
He's purely transactional. That's the bottom line.
So yeah, he's going to try to be an Autocrat.
